About Villa Thalassa
Villa Thalassa sits on the quiet north-east shoulder of Mykonos, ten minutes from the village square at Ano Mera and a long way, in spirit, from the beach clubs of the south coast. The house is low and white, set into the slope so that every bedroom faces the sea, and its terrace runs the full length of the building to an 18-metre infinity pool.
Mornings are bright and still. By late afternoon the meltemi picks up and the shaded pergola, with its long table for ten, earns its place. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, and the tavernas at Fokos and Agia Anna are a short drive down the hill.
