How pricing works
Rates are per villa, per night, in euros. They include VAT, linen, towels, mid-stay housekeeping and final cleaning.
Prices change with the season: the lowest rates are in May and October, the highest in July and August. Each villa page shows all three seasons. Greece's climate resilience fee, a per-night government charge, is collected separately as the law requires and shown on your quote.
