About House of Light
House of Light is a ten-minute walk along a dirt lane from the harbour at Naousa: close enough to stroll in for dinner, far enough that the only evening sound is the wind in the tamarisks. The house wraps around two courtyards, and its thick limewashed walls keep the bedrooms cool through August.
Four bedrooms are in the main house; a fifth, with its own entrance, sits across the garden, which suits families travelling with grandparents or friends who like their own front door. The saltwater pool faces west over Naousa Bay, and the outdoor kitchen has a wood-fired oven.
