About Olive Cove House
Olive Cove House stands among olive trees that were here long before it, on the south-east coast of Paros between Marpissa and Piso Livadi. It is built of local grey stone with deep window reveals, and the terraces are planted with thyme, rosemary and oleander.
A footpath at the bottom of the garden drops to a cove of flat rocks and very clear water: no sand, no sunbeds, and usually nobody else. The 10-metre pool sits on the terrace above it, beside an outdoor shower and a long table under the pergola.
