MykonosVilla Thalassa
Four bedrooms, an 18-metre infinity pool and nothing between the terrace and the horizon but open Aegean.
From €1,150 / night

Mykonos · Paros · Santorini · Corfu
Six private villas on four Greek islands, each one stayed in and checked by our own team before it was listed. Book directly with us: no marketplace fees, and someone who knows which beach is sheltered when the meltemi blows.
Why book direct
The marketplaces add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. Book with us and the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
The people who answer your enquiry are the people who inspect the house, meet you at the door and pick up the phone at 11pm.
We give the drive to the beach in minutes, count the steps to the front door and tell you which bedroom faces the road.

Where we are
Bright, windy Cyclades or the green, sheltered Ionian. Pick an island to read our guide and see its villas.
In every house
The standards we check at every villa before each season, whichever island you choose.
No shared pools, ever. Each one is cleaned daily, and the two Santorini pools are heated from May to October.
Pergolas, sails and deep verandas, placed for the afternoon sun and the meltemi rather than for the photograph.
Sharp knives, heavy pans and a proper coffee machine. Or a local cook who shops at the morning market for you.
Fibre or satellite at every house, tested at 50 Mbps or more before each season starts.
Cotton sheets, beach towels and housekeeping included in every rate, with a daily service at Villa Thalassa.
Someone who knows the house shows you round on arrival and stays on call, in English, for the whole stay.
Guest notes
We'd booked through a big platform before and spent the week guessing. This time we had a number that answered, a list of tavernas near the house, and a pool that really was eighteen metres.
They told us to leave for Oia at ten past seven. We did, and had the castle wall almost to ourselves. A small thing, but typical of the whole stay.
Ten of us, two courtyards and never a queue for the shower. The wood oven did pizza three nights running and nobody complained.

Concierge
A cook who shops at the morning market, a skippered caïque to the bays you can't drive to, a stocked fridge when you arrive. Arranged by the same team, priced up front.

Book direct
